Follow these steps to get the $10 credit:
On your mobile phone, use a browser (works with Android or Safari), go to Amazon.com (https://www.amazon.com/gp/goldbox/?tag=onlishophelp-20)
Make sure you are signed out first. Now click Sign In (But Don't Sign in)
Copy and paste this link to your current browser: LINK (https://www.amazon.com/gp/promo/redeem?tag=onlishophelp-20&promotionCode=A1J8XFPD9RCIIL&promotionIssuer=mastercard&promotionBank=&promotionToken=7818FC76D8EC4BD66DE771F54D50EC574B1E8B2C&pageId=mastercard_2016&promotionType=cc&crId=3067180600801&targetURL=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com)
Go to the link and "We're sorry" page comes up.
Scroll to the bottom and click "Already a customer? Sign In", then Sign In
"GET $10 OFF AT AMAZON.COM" page comes up, Click "Change your 1-click setting"
If you already register master card in your account, you will get credit. Otherwise, enter mastercard info.
You should see last screen showing credit after last step.
On Amazon: "A credit of $10 off your next purchase of qualifying products sold and shipped by Amazon.com has been applied to your account. To redeem this offer, use your Mastercard to make a qualifying purchase by 11:59 p.m. PT on January 14, 2017. Restrictions apply."
