Pros: + Does what it says.
+ Surprising shock.
+ Looks real enough to fool anyone.
Cons: + Doesn't feel well constructed.
Other Thoughts: Just leave this sitting on your desk and have a laugh at any coworkers that grab it and try to use it. They will jump and toss the 'pen' from their hands.
The shock is quite strong and surprising, so I would not suggest this for young children as it would likely be upsetting for them.
Bottomline: great gag for the price. even if it breaks eventually, it was very inexpensive. To me, I expect to shock a few coworkers and then be done with it anyways.
