New Egg has LG 42" 1080p 60Hz LCD HDTV 42LK450 On Sale for $498 and Add Promo Code EMCYTZT923 for additional $20 off. This is one of the TVs with best reviews. You can pay about $100 more to get a 120HZ one but from reviews there is no big difference.

Note: Amazon matched the price of $498.
