This is a great USB hub for the price. I have both USB 1.1 devices and USB 2.0 devices plugged into it and the USB 2.0 devices operate at USB 2.0 speed with no problem. It seems to be a misconception that it will only operate at USB 1.1 if you plug USB 1.1 devices into it
